Head-to-Toe Red: exactly how To gown in Monochrome

You can see in my outfit today we’ve got a great deal going on texture-wise: the bodice as well as sleeves of my dress are covered in gathered smocking before releasing into tight pleats with great deals of movement; my slingback leather pumps have a rich woven texture; my hoop earrings are adorned with a series of beaded red balls; and, it’s all finished with a creamy bold red lip. This texture play becomes even more fun in the autumn as well as winter when you can introduce chunky knits, thick wools as well as other cold-weather textures into the mix.
